These are poems about love, suffering, and OCD.

Our mind can be our worst enemy. How are we to free ourselves from all of this doubt, worry, and fear? To understand and know this enemy? How are we to fight it? I asked myself this all too often. Nobody seemed to understand. I was never fearful of things like the dark, rather, I was afraid of what I could not see. I was held hostage by these thoughts.
